Summary: To end AIDS as a public health threat by 2030, the Uganda AIDS Commission (UAC) has launched a campaign,”Torch and Awareness’,mobilising bikers and skaters to deliver lifesaving messages countrywide. The initiative aims at promoting HIV testing, treatment and prevention,especially among young people.
