Human Capital Development and Growth Review Report

On July 3, 2025 – The First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Hon. Janet Museveni, who is the chairperson of the committee, has released the Human Capital Development and Growth Review Report, marking a pivotal step in its socio-economic transformation.

The report, initiated on December 7, 2022, was co-chaired by the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) and the Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development (MoFPED).

The full report provides insights into Uganda’s progress and future strategies for human capital development.
