Uganda is set to unveil the state-of-the-art Uganda House Abuja Complex in Nigeria, marking a new chapter in its diplomatic engagement with the country.
The complex, located in the Diplomatic Zone of Abuja’s Central Business District, comprises an office block, consular house, and residential apartments and is fully funded by the Ugandan government.
Scheduled for handover on October 31, 2024, the complex will serve as a hub for promoting economic, commercial, political, and cultural relations between Uganda and Nigeria.
This development coincides with the launch of Uganda Airlines’ passenger flights from Entebbe to Abuja, further strengthening the ties between the two nations.
The completion of this project underscores Uganda’s commitment to fostering stronger ties with Nigeria and the West African region and is a testament to the growing cooperation and people-to-people interactions between the two countries.
