The mid-term review findings for the manifesto (2021-2026) in the tourism sector show increased earnings of $289.9 million in Q1 2023/24, a rise from $223.9 million.
Tourism’s contribution to GDP increased from 2.5 to 6.7, with local tourists accounting for 84% of the population. Tourism also contributes to total employment.
