The Presidency July 2025

This July, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni embarked on a dynamic tour across the country, reinforcing his government’s commitment to grassroots transformation through the Parish Development Model (PDM), infrastructure development, religious tourism, and wealth creation.

From Wakiso to Kayunga and beyond, the President’s engagements highlighted one consistent message: development must start at the household level.

Throughout the month, we witnessed landmark moments religious celebrations honouring Uganda’s martyrs, the groundbreaking of critical road projects, and heartfelt encounters with citizens turning government support into sustainable livelihoods.

The President also challenged leaders to be more accountable, urged communities to embrace wealth creation over dependency, and emphasised the importance of unity, patriotism, and peace as the foundation for transformation.

This edition chronicles not just events, but the vision and momentum driving Uganda’s development journey.
