Summary: Over 20,000 people in the Cattle Corridor Districts of Lyantonde and Kalungu are set to benefit from a 10-year water access improvement project, starting this year. Under the project, 23 boreholes will be drilled in Kalungu and another 20 in Lyantonde.

Summary: The Minister of Local Government, Hon. Raphael Magyezi, has revealed that the Government will purchase road equipment for all municipalities across the country. The equipment will help the municipalities improve the state of roads in their areas of jurisdiction and avoid borrowing graders from Districts.
