Rtd Kahinda Otafire, has warned the youth against getting tempted to engage in election violence, saying it would provoke the use of force against them, which may result in adverse effects. The minister said some youth take advantage of the election period to engage in vandalism and destruction of public property, citing the burning of tires on public roads, which damages them.
