The groups that have benefited from the Strategic Campaign for Alternative Income-Generating Activities for Fishing Communities in Uganda (SCAIAFU) include former fishermen and their families from the sub-counties of Ngogwe, Naija, Ssi-Bukunja, Njeru, Nnyenga, as well as Kiyindi town council.
