Summary: The Government has approved the setting up of a project to generate power from the waste at the Kampala Capital City dump-site at Kiteezi village, Masoli Parish in Kasangati Town Council, Wakiso District. The Attorney General, Kiryowa Kiwanuka, told Parliament yesterday that Cabinet had approved the project whose tariff will be 10 US cents per kWh.
